Cauliflower velvet soup

1 head of cauliflower
1 leek
ginger
garlic
pinch of madras curry
nutritional yeast

Sweat the leek, ginger and garlic until soft. Add curry powder and cut-up cauliflower. Cover with water and boil till tender. Blitz and stir in a giant spoon of nutritional yeast.
