Black and white beans

tin of black beans
tin of cannellini
3 heads of black garlic
mustard seeds
cumin seeds
dry thyme
dry marjoram

Temper the mustard and cumin seeds in hot oil. Reduce heat and add the beans and some of their liquid. Bring to a simmer and add the herbs and garlic. Simmer for 15 minutes.
