Tahini sauce

120g tahini
180g warm water
20g miso
1 lemon juice
2 garlic cloves
ground ginger
tabasco

Water must be warm but not boiling. Grate the garlic into the mix. The sauce should run smoothly off a spoon. This makes about 4 servings. Nice with steamed kohlrabi and beets.
